Meet Our Director
AJAY SEETAL
As the Director of NYS Home Care, I bring over 25 years of nursing, leadership and management experience gained across the NHS, specialist critical care settings and community-based care services. I have been a Registered General Nurse since 1996 and have worked in a range of clinical environments including Intensive Care, Critical Care and acute medical and surgical units. My career progressed into senior managerial roles where I led service development, quality improvement and workforce management within nursing and home care agencies.
Since 2012, I have been leading NYS Nursing Agency and now NYS Home Care with a strong commitment to delivering safe, compassionate and high-quality services. My focus is on maintaining robust clinical governance, supporting staff development and ensuring our service users receive care that meets the highest standards.
